I made an adorable simple bag for my sewing machine cords from a fat quarter that my BF4E brought me back from her trip to Florida. It’s a Japanese-esque teal and black fabric that sewed like buttah. I got the pattern from DaisyJanie. Super easy to follow and the bag is the perfect size to hold my power cord, my foot pedal and the USB cord to plug the machine into my computer.
For Christmas I have received a Brother SE400 sewing/embroidery machine. I was always fond of sewing and seemed decent at it, but now I am obsessed. I have purchased a ton of patterns and have collected many free ones. Fabric has become like life to me. I love to sew. This is the first bag I was proud enough to show off. I have made a few before now, but this pattern challenged me in a few ways and was very satisfying to finish.
